Quality Hotel Waterfront - Gothenburg

The accommodation provided comfortable beds and cleanliness, which I appreciated. I faced challenges with inconsistent room cleaning and had delays in receiving requested items like toilet paper. While the location is suitable for families, especially with a good variety of breakfast options, the service could improve significantly during busy periods.

Think that this good standard and modern hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. The staff is gentle, the breakfast amazing, the location is wonderful near the waterfront in Gothenburg, the venue's restaurant and center of city. The rooms are great-sized and fantastic and have exceptional view on the Harbor. The dinner in the indoor restaurant is what you need...

The rooms were tastefully decorated and huge, hotel's staff were affable people in to Porter. A little mini bar, a mini-fridge-bar, and a kettle in the bedroom...

A gem with fine riverside views

Staying here was good! I'd wake up to the amazing views of the Alvsborg Bridge. The breakfast spread was extensive and offered plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even accommodated our early morning requests without complaint. The historical brewery atmosphere adds an interesting charm to the hotel.

The rooms are neat and huge, with a safe, a sofa bed and central heating. Exceptional service, the breakfast is very good.

A liitle bit far from the town center, but you reach center by fery, tram, bus

Excellent location with fantastic views and very historic area. Rooms are very good size, and free internet is handy. Easy Ferry or Tram into the centre of town.

beautiful views and easy access to parks and attractions

I enjoyed the fine view of the water and had quick access to lovely parks like Farjenasparken, just a short stroll away, making it perfect for my city walks.

Hotel was great cosy place to stay - good and friendly reception desk personnel - neat and spacy rooms - great breakfast buffet

Pricing is like in most Scandinavian countries relatively high for the qualtiy level

Decent sized and comfortable room with great view of the river and bridge.

Charming location by the water, and we had a good standard double room with three tiny, fresh-air windows. The lobby had snacks and games! I seemed like a kid again!

But watch out for those lower-priced rooms without windows! Quite the surprise-thought I booked a room, not a cave!

The restaurant served a good breakfast with plenty of choice. It was in easy reach of public transport

On check in - in the afternoon, one of our rooms had been cleaned but the bathroom was dirty, and hadn't been cleaned while the second room was n't ready. The next day, the room wasn't cleaned altogether when we got back in the evening. Beds were unmade, linen not changed, tea cups not washed, and complimentary tea not replenished

Watching the river traffic, using Alvesnabben (river bus to city centre), walking along the river, interesting old buildings, easy access to city centre and archipelago by tram. Helpfulness (mostly) of reception staff - full marks to Edouard for finding a classical concert for us. Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent breakfasts with food intolerances well catered for.
